Your Career With On The Mend

We started On The Mend with a simple vision:
to help everyone achieve more during physical rehabilitation.

We are still a small team, but we have big ambitions.

Being multidisciplinary is part of our DNA. With a patient, a surgeon and a therapist among our co-founders, we bring different perspectives together to challenge the status quo and create meaningful, lasting change across healthcare systems worldwide.

We are building something that matters, and we are looking for people who want to build it with us.

How We Work

At On The Mend, roles are not defined by job titles alone.

You are defined by your contribution.

We believe sustainable careers are built on creating meaningful value, for patients, for partners and for the team around you.

Everyone here contributes to growth.

Everyone here takes responsibility for progress.

Interested in working with the NHS? So are we.
Excited by the US market? We are too.
Think we could support stroke patients as well as those going through joint replacement? There’s space here to explore that.

We value initiative, thoughtful communication and visible momentum. We trust people to work independently, but we also believe that sharing progress regularly helps us all move forward together and build trust across the team.

We don't expect perfection, but we do believe in ownership.

If you see something that can be improved, we encourage you to raise it.
If you see an opportunity, explore it.
If you have an idea, help shape it.

We aim to address challenges early, work through them constructively and move forward together.

What We Value

  • Proactive thinking

  • Clear and respectful communication

  • Initiative and follow-through

  • A genuine commitment to improving patient outcomes

  • The desire to build something that creates lasting impact

Becoming part of On The Mend doesn’t just mean helping to improve rehabilitation globally, it also gives you the opportunity to grow as a leader in health technology.

You are not here simply to fit into a structure.

You are here to help shape it.

Are you ready to rise to the challenge?

We're waiting to hear from you.

If you want to join On The Mend, answer three questions, clearly and simply:

  1. What’s your idea to help the business?
Not “what can I do?”, but what do you see that we could do better, build, sell, fix, launch, improve?

  2. How will you make it happen?
Skills. Experience. Network. Time. Plan. Execution.

  3. What are the next steps?
What would you do in the first 30 days?
How does this create a role that sustains itself by generating value?
